After being released on the order of the Tulsipur High Court, he appeared in the district court on Friday evening to complete the necessary paperwork. After being unable to fly from Kathmandu to Gautam Buddha International Airport in Bhairahawa due to bad weather, he reached Rupandehi by road via Bharatpur Airport in Chitwan.
District Court Information Officer Padam Aryal said that the work was completed quickly as the documents for identification were already prepared in the presence of legal professionals.
He said that the paperwork was completed even though it had to wait until Friday because the district court had summoned him by letter.
