A bench of Justices Vasudev Acharya and Tej Narayan Poudel of the Butwal Bench of the Tulsipur High Court in the cooperative fraud case had overturned the district court's order of August 26 and ordered Lamichhane's release on Thursday on condition that he be given a bank bail equal to the amount.
