Minister for Forests and Environment Madhav Prasad Chaulagain has said that the use of indigenous forest products should be increased in the construction of government infrastructure.
Addressing the annual general meeting of the Nepal Forest Products Industry Entrepreneurs Federation on Thursday, Minister Chaulagain said that it is shameful to use materials made from foreign products in the Ministry of Forests.
He said that he is working every day as the last day to improve the policy as well as practical matters. He also said that the use of domestic raw materials, policy facilitation and market expansion are the government's priorities.
