Looking at the monthly details from Asoj to Kartik, there is an indication of an improvement in the demand for air travel after the monsoon. According to the Corporation, there is a gradual increase in passenger traffic on a monthly basis. The Corporation has served 216,422 passengers, including 51,147 in Shrawan, 50,670 in Bhadra, 55,599 in Asoj, and 59,06 in Kartik. The main reason for the significant increase in the number of passengers in the month of Kartik is the festive season.

The international sector has made the largest contribution to the Corporation's total income. Out of the total income of Rs 5.96 billion, Rs 22.3 million is domestic. This is only 0.38 percent of the income from international flights. The routes that generate the most revenue for the corporation are Kathmandu-Narita, Kathmandu-Doha, Kathmandu-Dubai, Kathmandu-Kuala Lumpur and Kathmandu-Delhi. The routes that generate the least revenue are Mumbai, Bangalore and Dammam.

The corporation is currently flying to Japan, Bangkok, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Doha, Dubai and Dammam in Saudi Arabia. The corporation seems to earn at least Rs 50 million to 300 million monthly on these routes. According to the corporation's analysis, foreign employment and tourist traffic are the main factors in this.
