Inspector General (IGP) of the Armed Police Force (APF) Raju Aryal has arrived to give a statement to the Commission of Inquiry formed to investigate the incidents of Bhadra 23 and 24.
The commission is taking statements from Aryal on the Gen-G movement of Bhadra 23, the situation that arose on Bhadra 24, the lack of security coordination in New Baneshwor, the role of the Armed Police Force in those incidents, and other issues.
Earlier, the commission has taken statements from the then IGP of Nepal Police Chandrakuber Khapung, Kathmandu Chief District Officer Chhabi Rijal, among others.
The commission is also preparing to take statements from the then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak.
