The special court has ordered the remand of suspended Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, Pradeep Adhikari, for trial.

A bench of special court judges Hemanta Rawal, Dilli Ratna Shrestha, and Bidur Koirala ordered Adhikari to be remanded in custody. 

The court ordered him to be remanded in custody, saying there was no basis to release him on bail.
