Chintan Timilsina, head of the Surkhet-based Seismological Center, said that an earthquake measuring 4.6 magnitude struck Ghusa, Apihimal Rural Municipality, at 8:28 am today. The tremors were felt in Darchula, Baitadi and surrounding districts.
