The Identity Award Fund has decided to award a 'Pahichan Samman' worth Rs 500,000 to Bairagi Kaila, former Chancellor of Nepal Pragya Pratishthan.
Similarly, the 'Pahichan Yuva Samman' will be given to poet Ganesh Kumar Rai (Gilu Ratos). The fund's founder Naresh Kangmang Rai announced the award for 2081/82 in a press release issued today. Kaila is also a Mundhum scholar, while Rai is active in writing poetry.
Kaila will be awarded Rs 502,020 and a copper plaque, while Rai will be awarded Rs 502,020 along with a copper plaque.
