Prime Minister Sushila Karki has said that not a single drop of blood should be shed in the upcoming elections. While inspecting the Nepal Army headquarters and taking information about the election security preparations, she said, "Not a single person should be injured."
She directed the army to work in a coordinated and flawless manner with all security agencies based on the experience of previous elections and the security sensitivity of the upcoming elections, analyzing the various dimensions of the experience. 'I have said before that not a single drop of blood should be shed and not a single person should be injured in the upcoming elections,' she said.
She also directed the army to cooperate with the police and other security agencies to search for and take control of the weapons looted and lost during the Gen-G movement. 'Leave no stone unturned to help the police in normalizing the situation and arresting the absconding criminals,' she said.
