'It was also decided to recommend to the Government of Nepal and the Council of Ministers to mobilize the Nepali Army in accordance with Article 266 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal to conduct the election of members of the House of Representatives, which is going to be held on 21 Falgun 2082, in a free, fair and fearless environment,' said Suman Raj Aryal, member-secretary of the council.
