The Central Security Committee meeting has decided to write to the Ministry of Defense for approval to mobilize the army for election-focused security.

Home Ministry Spokesperson Anand Kafle said that a decision has been made to mobilize the army while approving the Integrated Security Plan 2082. Spokesperson Kafle said that a decision has also been made to hold a provincial-level seminar on election security from Mangsir 9.
