The National Youth Council has submitted its annual report to Prime Minister Sushila Karki. The report was submitted at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers at Singha Durbar on Friday.

The 154-page report prepared by the council, including its annual activities and activities, was submitted to Prime Minister Karki by Minister for Youth and Sports Bablu Gupta, who is also the ex-officio chairman of the council.

While reviewing the report, Prime Minister Karki said that the youth who have gone astray should be given proper guidance. She emphasized that the Ministry of Youth, the Youth Council and other related bodies should work together in a result-oriented manner for the youth.

Highlighting the report, Executive Vice President Surendra Basnet said that the council has been doing important work in youth leadership development, capacity development, skill development and entrepreneurship development. He said that despite limited resources and means, the council has been continuously emphasizing youth empowerment.

Chief Secretary Ek Narayan Aryal, Secretary of the Ministry of Sports Hari Prasad Lamsal, Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office Rajkumar Shrestha, Administrative Chief of the council Gehanath Gautam, among others, were present at the program.
