Prime Minister Sushila Karki has made her progress report public through social media in Nepali and other languages, including English, to better reach the citizenry.
Prime Minister Karki's official X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook account have started publishing information and work progress regularly in four languages including Nepali and English. The Prime Minister's official social media accounts have started posting in
Nepali , English , Nepali language and Maithili language . According to the Prime Minister's Press Coordinator Ram Rawal, this exercise has been initiated to make the Prime Minister's work open , transparent and accountable. Rawal told Kantipur, 'We want to be open , transparent and accountable to the people.' Therefore, this exercise has been started so that people of different languages can easily understand the work of the Prime Minister. ' Currently, information is being posted in Nepali
, English , Nepali Bhasha and Maithili, Rawal said that the goal is to expand it to more languages in the future. He added , ' We want to show it in more languages
, But due to limited time and resources, this effort is ongoing. ' The Prime Minister's Office seems to be trying to make its digital dialogue more inclusive and effective to reach information directly to the various linguistic communities of the country, while respecting them.
