Prime Minister Karki made this statement while addressing the National Macroeconomic Debate 2.0 organized by the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Kathmandu on Saturday.
Interim Prime Minister Sushila Karki has said that it is necessary to create a situation where people feel confident that Nepal is worth living in.
Prime Minister Karki made this statement while addressing the National Macroeconomic Debate 2.0 organized by the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Kathmandu on Saturday. She also said that the government is currently preparing for the upcoming election to the House of Representatives on Falgun 21. She said that the country will move forward in a sustainable democratic process through the election and is trying to create a suitable environment for that, raising hopes that it can be done here.
She called on everyone to move forward with confidence rather than fear, saying that the private sector will also have an important role to play in making the election successful and fair. She said, “We are preparing for the upcoming election to the House of Representatives on Falgun 21. We are trying to create a suitable environment for that, raising hopes that it can be done here.”
Prime Minister Karki emphasized that everyone should join hands to build the country.
