The Supreme Court has given priority to the case and ordered that it be heard on November 9. Earlier, an order was issued to expedite the hearing of the case, saying that there was no interim order in a similar petition and that it was pending in the Supreme Court. Now, the Supreme Court will hear the case filed by Kulman Ghising along with it. It had refused to issue an interim order in that case too and had issued priority.
