The UML-affiliated Youth Association has approached the Cyber Bureau with a complaint against Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balendra (Balen) Shah.
The leaders and activists of the Youth Association have filed a complaint against Shah, said the bureau's chief, Deputy Inspector General of Police Navinda Aryal. However, the complaint is still in the process of being registered.
Mayor Shah had written a status on Facebook with objectionable words at midnight last Saturday. He deleted the status within a short time.
