This schedule provides that the Chief Whip of the Opposition Party, the Chief Whip of the Government and the President are allowed to have one personal secretary each. Similarly, the Chief Whip of the Party and the Whip of the Opposition Party are allowed to have one personal secretary. In addition, this Act has made a provision that all members of the House of Representatives are allowed to have one official-level personal secretary each.

With the changes that the government is about to make, the personal secretariat facilities available to the Speaker, National Assembly Speaker, Deputy Speaker, and Vice-President will be reduced.
