A meeting between various groups of Gen-Gs is ongoing in Baluwatar at an election-focused meeting involving the government and political parties. However, Gen-Gs who were not allowed to enter the meeting have been sitting outside and creating a ruckus. Some of the Gen-Gs who remained outside include injured Gen-Gs.
According to sources from the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, the Gen-G leaders invited to the meeting are Monika Niraula, Raksha Bam, Purushottam Yadav, Samana Lawati, Sagar Dhakal, Khemraj Saud, Uparjun Chamling.
Similarly, Bhoj Bikram Thapa, Miraj Dhungana, Vivek Dahal, James Karki, Rehanraj Dangol, Amit Khanal and Rijan Rana Magar are present. On behalf of the parties, General Secretary Gagan Thapa and Prakash Sharan Mahat from the Nepali Congress, and Varshaman Pun from the Maoists are participating.
Similarly, Mahesh Vartaula and Kshitij Thebe are participating from the CPN-UML. Swarnim Wagle and Nisha Dangi are participating from the National Independent Party (RSWP).
