Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal has urged groups protesting on the streets to engage in dialogue, raising various demands.

After a discussion with the heads of security agencies at the Prime Minister's residence in Baluwatar, he clarified that the government is ready for dialogue. 'The government addresses political demands through dialogue. We have to come to dialogue. The government is ready for dialogue. There is no need to go to the streets,' Home Minister Aryal said. He said that protesters should be aware that while exercising democratic rights, they should not violate the rights of others.

'There was no damage to public and private property. There was no violent activity anywhere. This is the government's request to various political forces and protesters,' he said.

Informing that a detailed analysis of the country's latest security situation was conducted at the Baluwatar security meeting, he said that the government is focused on normalizing the security situation and creating an environment for elections.

Prime Minister Sushila Karki had discussed with Home Minister Aryal, Home Secretary Rameshwor Dangal and the heads of all four security agencies. In the meeting, the security chiefs presented their respective analyses of the current situation. The meeting also discussed potential security challenges.
