Prime Minister Sushila Karki has said that the government is committed to holding the upcoming House of Representatives elections scheduled for Falgun 21.
In a discussion with political parties on Tuesday, Prime Minister Karki said that the government is committed to holding elections on time and in a fear-free environment.
According to Prime Minister Karki's secretariat, party representatives have been informed that ministers are working day and night to create an environment for the elections. 'We, including ministers and security agencies, are working day and night,' Karki said.
After the formation of the government, Prime Minister Karki said that time has been spent on treating the injured, managing the bodies of martyrs and providing relief to their families, and listening to the voices of the protesting parties.
