Prime Minister Sushila Karki has confirmed that 16 leaders from various political parties will participate in the election-focused discussions. According to the Prime Minister's Secretariat, two will participate as observers.

Kedar Bhakta Mathema and Bidhyadhar Mallik are going to participate as observers. The secretariat has informed that in addition to the nationally recognized parties, additional parties represented in the outgoing parliament will also participate.

General Secretary Gagan Thapa and Prakash Sharan Mahat are going to participate from the Nepali Congress. Similarly, Vice President Shankar Pokharel and Pradeep Kumar Gyawali are going to participate from the CPN-UML. Deputy General Secretary Barshaman Pun and leader Pampha Bhusal will participate from the Maoists. Swarnim Wagle and Sobita Gautam will participate from the National Independent Party. Rajendra Gurung and Mohan Shrestha are going to participate from the RPP, and Chairman Upendra Yadav and Prakash Adhikari are going to participate from the Janata Samajwadi Nepal. Resham Chaudhary and leaders Sarbendra Nath Shukla, Prem Suwal, and Chandan Singh will participate from the Civil Liberation Party.
