Home Minister Aryal, who arrived to inspect the District Administration Office in Bhaktapur, spoke to the media and accused them of trying to destroy the politics of the entire country. Referring to former Prime Minister and UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli, he said, "The misdeeds of the ousted people led to a rebellion in the country. I want to send a message to them not to leave this place and not to engage in activities that tarnish the country's politics."
Stating that some elements were working to prevent the elections scheduled for Falgun 21 from being held on time, Home Minister Aryal said that stakeholders should come into dialogue to create an environment for the elections. He said that the parties should support and cooperate to hold the elections on time and that the government would facilitate that.
He claimed that the government was formed to hold fair elections. He said that the government was working to provide the burnt vehicles, looted weapons and materials to the police during the protests of the third week of Bhadra.
