Five petitions have been submitted to the Supreme Court against the dissolution of the House of Representatives. By 11:30 in the morning, five writs reached the Supreme Court.

Advocate Premraj Silwal, Advocate Kritinath Sharma Paudel, Yuvraj Safal Paudel, Vipana Sharma and Ayush Badal and Maqbul Mia have taken five writs to the Supreme Court.

Similarly, Bimal Pokharel has already submitted a writ. In the writ, it is claimed that the appointment of Prime Minister Sushila Karki is unconstitutional . 

It has been demanded in the writ to cancel all the decisions made by the unconstitutionally appointed Prime Minister and it has also been demanded to issue an interim order to stop the implementation of the decisions made by the Prime Minister and the government.

With the Supreme Court starting to register a new case with a writ from today, the writ against the dissolution of the House of Representatives has reached . During the Gen-G demonstration on August 24, the Supreme Court was destroyed by arson.
