Before the post-mortem report of the 20-year-old newlywed Krishal Kumari Yadav of Balan Bihul Rural Municipality-2 Pathraha of Saptari, who died suspiciously, her husband Khagendra Yadav and her father-in-law Madan Yadav have been released by the police. Last Wednesday morning, Krishala was found dead hanging in her house.

Krishala was married according to social tradition on May 25. According to Krishala's father Rajkumar Yadav, he married his daughter by spending 15/17 lakh rupees including 10 lakh cash, half a tola of gold, furniture worth 160 thousand rupees and clothes worth 80 thousand rupees.

He has been claiming that his daughter was subjected to violence due to dowry and that he killed her. The police released the arrested persons before the post-mortem report. Rajkumar said that the accused was released due to political pressure and said that the evidence was likely to be lost.

Inspector Gajendra Rayamazhi of the area police office Kadarbona said that both of them were left to do kiriya . "Immediately, we left both of them in the charge of the village head, but the investigation has not stopped," he said, "even if there is no complaint, we will complete the legal process accordingly after the post-mortem report." Deepak, along with her husband Deepak and father-in-law Parshuram brought Deepa to Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital Rajviraj as she was ill. But Deepa had already died before being brought to the hospital and there were injuries on her body and bruises on her neck. In this incident, the police arrested husband Deepak Kumar Yadav and father-in-law Parshuram Yadav on the same day. And although the body has been sent to BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan for post-mortem, the report has not come yet.

District Police Office Saptari SP Gautam Kumar KC said that Deepak, who is in police custody during the investigation, has confessed to the incident. He has stated that Deepa died due to strangulation by Sal during the fight.
