At the UML secretariat meeting held on Friday in Gundu, Bhaktapur, the leaders demanded that the leadership should be handed over from the upcoming convention. In the meeting, Senior Vice President Ishwar Pokharel, Vice Presidents Yuvraj Gyawali, Ashtalakshmi Shakya, Surendra Pandey demanded that the leadership should be handed over from the upcoming convention.
