Chief Superintendent of Police Anantram Sharma said that a complaint has been registered against Kalyanpur 8 Ward President Ramkishore Yadav, elected from Nepali Congress, along with locals Prabhas Singh, Nitesh Singh, Shailendra Singh, Rajkumar Singh, Kailash Singh, Ganesh Kamti, Mustafa Rain and others.
