On Saturday, a Bolero jeep numbered May 1J 30550, which was leaving from Mikwakhola rural municipality-4 Sanwa for Dharan via Meringden, went out of control and fell down about 300 meters from the road. 6 people died and 6 people were injured.

Vinod Longwa of Meringden-2 Santhakra, Geeta Hangam of 4 Lingthep, Abhishek Limbu of 5 Thukima, Dhankumar Limbu, Yuna Tamang of Meringden-5 and Manisha Karki of Mikwakhola-4 Sanwa died in the accident at Kummayak rural municipality-3 Kartike of Panchthar district under Tamor Corridor road section.

Along with Sanjuhang, jeep driver Mahesh Kedem Limbu of Meringden-5 Thukima, Bimal Limbu, Manu Sanwa of Mikwakhola-4 Sanwa, Anish Limbu of Kalikhola who is born in Meringden-5 and Mahesh Guragai who is born in Fungling municipality-3 and lives in Itahari-7 Sunsari were injured. All the injured are being treated at Ghopa camp in Dharan. They were rescued by the police, armed police, Nepalese army. 

31-year-old Sanjuhang Chongwang Sanwa of Mikwakhola Rural Municipality-4 Sanwa came to his birthplace only in the third week of last June after living in Korea for five years. He went to Kathmandu soon after saying that he had work and brought Manisha Karki from Urlabari-2 Sunjhoda Morang while returning home in the first week of August. According to Sait Heraer Mundhum culture, on 7 October, according to social tradition, the marriage was done in a grand manner.

  After Manisha told Maiti that she had agreed to get married, they boarded a car for Urlabari on Saturday morning. In preparation for getting married on 19 October, the in-laws had printed the wedding invitation card itself. But being a bride in the wedding, Manisha could not reach her. They were traveling in a car at 3 am on Saturday and met with an accident in the Bolero Jeep Kartike was riding.

  According to DSP Rai, 22-year-old jeep driver Mahesh Limbu of Miringden Rural Municipality-5 Thukima of Taplejung and 25-year-old Bimal Limbu of Miringden are in serious condition. They have been admitted to the ICU, said DSP Rai. It is said that the condition of Bimal is serious due to injuries on his head and face, while Mahesh has injuries on his right eye, head and forehead, he said.

 Similarly, 25-year-old Manu Sanwa of Mikwakhola rural municipality-4 Sanwa has injuries on his right eye, face, forehead, chest and legs. She is being treated in the emergency ward. Similarly, 35-year-old Mahesh Guragai of Sunsari's Itahari sub-metropolitan city-7 has been shifted to the surgery ward. His condition is said to be moderate. He is able to speak a little. According to the injured Guragai, two ribs of his chest were broken and his head was injured. 

 Similarly, Anish Limbu, a 7-year-old boy from Sanwa Kalikhola of Mikwakhola Rural Municipality, was referred to Neuro Hospital in Biratnagar, the police said. His right leg is injured. The police said that his condition is normal.

 Among the injured, only Mahesh Guragai is able to speak. According to the police, one of the six people who were injured in the accident was brought to Jhapa after treatment at Panchthar district hospital. Among the injured is 30-year-old Sanjuhang Limbu, a resident of Taplejung Mikwakhola Rural Municipality. The police said that his head, various parts of his body and legs were injured.
