Jeep of Nepal Telecom has been swept away by the river in Ratu river in Mahottari. After the jeep drifted around 5 pm, a team of Armed Police Force was deployed to pull it out.
According to the co-spokesperson of the Armed Police Force, Shailendra Thapa, the jeep that was washed away by the river was pulled out with the help of an excavator around 6:00 am. According to the armed police, the jeep numbered 3 01 4527 was swept away by the river while going to Birta from Bhangaha Municipality 5 Jamunia.
There was only a driver in the jeep. He is safe. The team deployed at Armed Police Security Base Bhangaha recovered the jeep from about 50 meters below.
