He said that the places such as Jagat Bahkhor, Narpani, Dohote, Bhedamare, Sitapur, Dahkhola and other places under the road are at high risk of landslides falling from the road and the road may be washed away by landslides. Aryal said that the ban was imposed to prevent the passengers from getting into trouble and for the safety of people's lives.
The administration office has informed all the transport businessmen not to drive the vehicles going out of the district from Sandhikhark as they are stopped from Shanti Garden. Vehicles entering the district from various places including Kathmandu, Butwal have been barred from entering the district at the Arghakhanchi-Kapilvastu border Patharkot from Friday evening. Prazia Aryal has requested the residents of Arghakhanchi district to be on high alert and stay safe and inform the district security agencies, ward office, municipal office, and public representatives in case of disaster situation near them due to rain.
