Home Minister Aryal said, ”Earlier, there were obstacles in good governance based on political connections. We must now break the obstacles that arose in the areas of financial crimes and corruption.”
Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal has said that the mistakes made in the past based on political relations should be corrected and the country should move forward.
Speaking to reporters after inspecting the Central Investigation Bureau of the police on Friday, he said this.
Minister Aryal said that the government has come with the responsibility of holding elections, saying, 'The government's mandate is good governance. If there is no good governance, there will be no peace and security. If there is no peace and security, there will be no elections within six months. That is why we must provide good governance.'
He said that he would not give instructions on any one issue and would decide only after understanding all the issues. He also said that he was taking updates on how to move forward. He said that the mandate of the previous government was broken in the middle due to the lack of good governance.
'Previously, good governance was hindered due to political connections. Whatever obstacles were encountered in the matter of financial crimes and corruption. We must break that now,' he said.
