Prime Minister Sushila Karki has claimed that strong legal action will be taken against the culprits of the incident during the Genji movement.

During the first address in the name of the nation, the Prime Minister of the interim government, Karki, claimed that there would be a fearless and free election within February 21, and asked all the political parties to prepare to participate. She claimed that she formed the government by involving prominent people of the society under the rights she got after the movement of Jen-ji. 

She asserted that the government will work according to the expression of the movement which was expected to end corruption, good governance and development. She reminded again that she became the Prime Minister to hold elections within 6 months. She said that the government will pay attention to the irreparable damage to public property and private property and start reconstruction.

She said that those who died during the Gen-G movement were declared martyrs and financial relief was announced and the injured were treated free of charge. 

He said that he has started the work by discussing all the budget, security and legal matters to hold the election by February 21.
