Congress General Minister Bishwa Prakash Sharma has said that if the regular convention cannot be held by the end of November, there is no other option but a special convention.
"According to Article 17 (2) of the law, we will be the general minister in the process that can be called by the central committee, that is our responsibility," said Sharma, "but if the congress representatives will go to collect forty percent signatures to see if the central committee will not make that decision, no one can take it negatively, whether it is a decision from above or pressure from below. Now we have to reach a new leadership."
