Under the southern section of the East-West highway, the road near the Vishwakarma temple is muddy, so the traffic is only one-way.
Due to the continuous rain, the road is muddy and slippery, so the cargo vehicles are not able to go uphill. Because of this, passengers have to sit in traffic for hours.
