The Patan High Court has started the court proceedings and has started hearing the petition for habeas corpus. High Court Patan Information Officer Parvati Hitan informed that the session has started from Tuesday.

No damage has been done to the High Court due to the movement of Jen-G, which started from 23 August. However, she said that due to damage to the Supreme Court, the hearing of regular cases could not be started as the server was down. As the hearing of regular cases takes time, the High Court has started hearing the petitions of the prisoner and commercial court.

Three benches were formed today. She informed that in one bench formed in this way, petitions of prisoners are being heard and in the other commercial bench, and a single bench is designated for the hearing of cases that arise suddenly. "Regular payment will not start until the server of the Supreme is down. Probably, there will be a regular hearing after Dasain," she said, "Currently, we have started the hearing of urgent petitions and detention cases." But till now the case of the prisoner has not been registered and the work of building the bench is going on. The construction of the bench in the annex building next to the Supreme Court has been started and the Supreme Court is preparing to put it into operation in a few days.
