Internet service providers have stated that the constitutional right to communication and freedom should not be controlled according to anyone's will and that this is a fundamental aspect of society.

Issuing a statement on Tuesday  The umbrella organization of service providers, 'ISPAN', has stated that they cannot be a party to arbitrary orders to shut down services including the Internet and are committed to protecting the rights and lifestyle of consumers through the Internet.

It is said in the statement that they have repeatedly suggested that they should not take drastic measures like stopping the services being taken by the government regarding digital regulation. 

Similarly, ISPAN has asked the government not to make decisions such as stopping such

services completely in the future, blocking access, and to organize a multilateral discussion for the creation of a digital policy.
