Chairman of CPN-UML and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has instructed the party leaders and workers to keep it in group discussion if there is a difference of opinion.

In case of differences of opinion or disagreement on the proposal to amend the constitution presented in the closed session of the party's second legislative convention held at Godavari in Lalitpur, he is instructed to keep it in a group discussion. \

Leader Karn Thapa has sent a 30-page dissenting opinion to the delegates. But Thapa could not present that different opinion. Oli, who did not allow Thapa to have a different opinion, instructed him to keep it in the group discussion.

Chairman Oli mentioned that there was no difference of opinion on Thapa's original report and that the proposal for amending the law could be discussed in the group, and urged everyone to have a thorough discussion in the group as there would be a question about not giving time to other representatives in the hall if they wanted to speak. The request was supported by applause in the hall. After agreeing with President Oli, leader Thapa distributed his votes in the hall on Friday through pamphlets.

On the first day of the Legislative Assembly which started on Friday, President and Prime Minister Oli presented political proposals, Vice President Bishnu Prasad Paudel proposed legislative amendments, General Secretary Shankar Pokharel presented organizational proposals and Central Advisory Council Chairman Amrit Kumar Bohra presented their documents. On the second day, Central Election Commission Chairman Dr Vijay Subba, Accounts Commission Chairman Dr Pushpa Kandel and Disciplinary Commission Chairman Keshav Wadal presented their reports. Ten groups formed to discuss all those reports will discuss the whole day today. A committee has been formed under the coordination of secretary Lekhraj Bhatt for discussion notes during the presentation in the hall by the team leader of the

group. The convention will be concluded on Sunday.
