Meteorologists have predicted that the weather will change across the country today. At present, the low pressure line of monsoon is located south of Sardar place, the Water and Weather Forecasting Division has said that it will be generally cloudy in the country this afternoon.

There is a possibility of moderate rain in some places of hilly areas and Terai including Lumbini and Sudurpaschim provinces. Likewise, there will be a general change in the country tonight. There will be moderate rain in Koshi, Wagmati, Gandaki and some places in Far West.

There is a possibility of heavy rain in one or two places in the hilly parts of Koshi, Wagmati and Gandaki provinces. The department has predicted that there is a risk of landslides and debris flows due to rain, water levels in large and small rivers and streams may rise and traffic areas may be affected, and requested everyone to be alert and prepared.
