Home Secretary Gokarnamani Duwadi awarded the newly appointed Inspector General of Police Chandrakuber Khapung with a tailor's badge. Duwadi presented a tailor to the newly appointed IGP Khapung in a program held at the Ministry of Home Affairs on Thursday.

Khapung has taken charge after reaching the police head office from the Ministry of Home Affairs. Khapung, who joined the service as an inspector on 27 November 2052, will go on leave on 27 November 2082 due to his 30-year service period of 2 months and 8 days under the police leadership.
