Prime Minister's vote of confidence controversy: Justices Shrestha and Paudel appear before the bench

The writ filed in the Supreme Court, claiming that Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is running the job, has been scheduled to appear in the bench of Justices Teel Prasad Shrestha and Shrikant Poudel. The issue is assigned to the first number.

The third hearing is being held today. Earlier, Sunil Kumar Pokharel's bench ordered to show cause and demanded a written answer.  In the second trial, judges Mahesh Sharma Paudel and Nripadhwaj Niraula  The bench called three files and fixed the hearing for today. 

The bench had ordered the Civil Liberation Party to withdraw its support from the government and the letter it had sent to the Parliament Secretariat and the letter of its support again.  Similarly, the court ordered the resignation of minister Arun Kumar Chaudhary, who participated in the government from the Civil Liberation Party. 

Earlier, Judge Pokharel's bench raised four questions and asked for a written answer. The hearing to be held today will give a decision on whether or not the vote of confidence should be taken and whether the work should be carried out or not.
