The Supreme Court has given a new interpretation on the matter of filing a petition seeking a review against the judgment of the High Court.

The full bench of judges Manoj Kumar Sharma, Kumar Chudal and Balkrishna Dhakal gave this explanation in the full text of the judgment in a cooperative dispute.
