A case has been registered against Ariko Pandey, a central member of the RSVP and a former member of the National Planning Commission. The District Public Prosecutor's Office registered the case in the District Court based on the investigation report submitted by the Kathmandu Police.

An indictment has been registered against Pandey in the court for an offense under the Electronic Transactions Offenses Act. Pandey, who reached Cyber ​​Bureau after being accused of character assassination through email and WhatsApp, has been requested by the District Public Prosecutor's Office, Kathmandu, to be fined up to 1 lakh rupees or imprisoned for up to five years or both for the offense under Section 47 (1) of the Electronic (Electronic) Transaction Offenses Act, 2063 in the District Court Kathmandu. A charge sheet has been registered.

In the indictment, the woman contacted Pandey through email and WhatsApp to get suggestions to understand something because her son is interested in studying science. Mentally tortured by sending various obscene messages, humiliated and grieved  She said she gave. But Pandey said in his statement that he got to know Jaherwala woman through his wife around the year 2069 and sometimes had family meetings.

Pandey has said that on June 25th, the woman said that she is coming to Nepal from UK and requested to meet. He said in the statement that he sent the message because he did not like the behavior of calling him to meet him after he found out that his wife was not in Nepal. In the message sent by his email, it is also mentioned that he had physical relations.

In his statement with the police, Pandey has also admitted that he sent the message to that woman.  Pandey is also an employee of International Integrated Mountain Development Center and an education expert.
