The case of dispute of non-resident Nepalis has been decided in full bench with Chief Justice Prakashmansingh Raut.

Along with Raut, Pesi was hit by bullets in the bench of judges Manoj Sharma and Kumar Chudal. Payee has been assigned to issue 'B' number.
