The hearing of the case related to the jurisdictional dispute of non-resident Nepalis has been postponed to Thursday. Chief Justice Prakashmansingh Raut, Justices Manoj Kumar Sharma and Kumar Chudal will not be allowed to watch even if they are on the bench.

The case was numbered 'B' but it was adjourned after the hearing of the case of prisoner number 'A' was not completed. Previously, it was moving from time to time to be unwatchable and unwatchable.

The writs filed from 26 August 2081 to April 2082 were kept together and the hearing was started.
