The Patan High Court has upheld the district court's order to send Rajesh Jha, the former state chief of Madhesh, Rajesh Ahiraj, to prison for pre-trial detention. The bench of Patan High Court Chief Justice Lal Bahadur Kunwar and Khadanand Tiwari upheld the district court's order to send him to prison.

District Court Kathmandu  On July 14, the bench of Judge Pitambar Sharma issued an order to send him to prison for preliminary investigation. He was sent to Dillibazar Jail. After being sent to jail by the district, Ahiraj went to the High Court with a plea of ​​guilty. A woman filed a rape case against him.

Jha, who was arrested on July 4, was filed a case in the Kathmandu District Court by the Public Prosecutor's Office Kathmandu within 9 days based on the police investigation report.

Ahiraj was accused of raping her on 4th June 2081 at her own dera in Naya Baneshwar, Kathmandu. Ahiraj filed a case against the girl who had accused him of rape. He became the provincial head of Madhesh province.
