An order has been made to demand a report on the case of Ravi Lamichhane, President of RSVP. In the hearing held on Monday, the single bench of the High Court Tulsipur, Butwal bench, Justice Sagar Bista, ordered to issue a report and a total missal.

After the debate of the same application today, the single bench of Judge Bista ordered to get the total missal and quality report of the district court Rupandehi, said Ram Bahadur Kunwar, information officer of the High Court Butwal. "There has been an order to get the total missile and quality report of the district," he said.
Earlier, Ravi filed a petition in the district court demanding to be released from the case of co-operative fraud by filing his part of the bill. District Court Judge Narayan Sapkota's bench heard his petition on July 26 and refused to release him.
A charge sheet has been filed against the defendants including Ravi in the Supreme Cooperative Fraud of Butwal by maintaining a collective fraud of Rs. But Ravi had submitted a document of wrongful registration of one part of his part out of four parts. Ravi had submitted a bank guarantee application of Rs 2 crore 74 lakh 84 thousand.
The district court had ordered that he could not be released because it was not clear how much he would suffer. But considering the nature of this case, the district ordered to take action as soon as possible, saying that it is appropriate to have a quick resolution. He is in Bhairawa Jail and has been transferred to Lalitpur Nakkhu Jail. Lamichhane Nakhkhu has been in prison for two weeks.
