Former President Bidya Devi Bhandari, who claimed to have returned to the active politics of UML, has inaugurated the liaison office. On Thursday afternoon, Bhandari inaugurated the office in the presence of UML Senior Vice President Ishwar Pokharel and other leaders.

Madan Bhandari 75th birth anniversary is called the program of the original management committee, but Bhandari has opened a liaison office to advance political activities. Bhandari Group has leased a four-storied building at Thapagaon in Baneshwar Height. The Bhandari group is also going to open an office in the same house where Madan Bhandari had built a liaison office when he contested elections in Kathmandu almost 3 decades ago.

'The house which Madan Bhandari used as a campaign liaison office when he contested the election in Kathmandu in 2048, is now being rented and preparations are being made for political activities,' said a leader close to Bhandari. He said that although the house was taken under the cover of the foundation, it was believed that it would help in conveying an emotional message by connecting 'Jananeta Madan Bhandari and Jabaj' with the workers to deal with the current situation.

Bhandari  Madan Bhandari is planning to continue her political activities using the foundation. For that, under the leadership of Bhandari himself, the 'Jananeta Madan Bhandari 75th Birth Anniversary Original Management Committee' has also been formed to celebrate the 'Diamond Festival' in memory of Madan Bhandari. Through that, they plan to carry out future political activities.
