Chief Justice Prakashman Singh Raut did not constitute a constitutional bench on Wednesday. Although it is a judicial practice to form a constitutional bench regularly on Wednesdays and Fridays, there has been no cause for controversy in recent days.

The Constitutional Bench was formed last time on 25th July. According to the source, the constitutional bench has not been formed and the Supreme Court will be formed until the ongoing dispute is concluded.

Chief Justice Raut is also in favor of forming the constitutional bench through Gola. But the judges are divided on this proposal of the Chief Justice.

52 The constitutional bench has not been properly formed after Chief Justice Raut was in the minority in the dispute of the officials appointed in the constitutional body. 

On Wednesday, 10 joint and one single bench have been formed through the Gola process.
