Maoist Center President Pushpa Kamal Dahal has met RSVP President Ravi Lamichhane, who is on trial in the cooperative fraud case.

On Wednesday afternoon, Dahal reached Nakkhu Jail in Lalitpur and met with Lamichhane. After the meeting, Dahal told the media, 'I saw Ravi Lamichhane losing weight.' 

Former Prime Minister Dahal claimed political revenge by keeping Lamichhane in custody despite the bail set by the court . Dahal also said that Ravi understood that the attitude of UML and Congress was benefiting his party. 

He also said that trying to remove Deputy Speaker Indira Rana was wrong. 

Lamichhane, who was kept in Roopandehi jail for pre-trial detention on charges of cooperative fraud, was brought to Nakhkhu jail on Saturday.
