India has provided 5 horses and 2 dogs to the Nepalese army. Indian Foreign Secretary Bikram Mishri supported Chief of Army Staff Ashokraj Sigdel with vehicles, horses, dogs and various medical equipment in a program organized at the Nepali Army headquarters in Kathmandu on Monday.

According to Nepali Army, Directorate of Public Relations and Information, India has given 6 light vehicles, eight kinds of essential medical supplies, 5 breeding horses and 2 military dogs. With this kind of cooperation, the military relations between the two countries will be strengthened and deepened, and the professional capacity of the Nepali Army will be enhanced.
