The Judicial Council meeting presided over by Chief Justice Raut decided to transfer the judges.

The Judicial Council has transferred a large number of district and high court judges. 122 district judges and 88 high court judges have been transferred.
The meeting of the council chaired by Chief Justice Prakashman Singh Raut has been transferred. The most senior judges of the Supreme Court, the Minister of Law, the recommendation of the Prime Minister and the recommendation of the Nepal Bar are members of the council.
The transfer was supposed to take place immediately after the start of the financial year, but the transfer was done after about a month.
